The personal information in this registration form is being collected on behalf of New Zealand Rugby Commercial LP (NZRC) in connection with your registration for the All Blacks Conference. Your personal information will be processed by Centium Software Pty Limited (EventsAir) and Sports Travel and Hospitality New Zealand Limited (STH) as delivery partners of the All Blacks Conference. 

The information will be collected, used, and disclosed for the purposes of administering, managing, and delivering the All Blacks Conference and associated events in accordance with the NZRC Privacy Policy. It may also be used to comply with legal and contractual requirements and for purposes directly related to delivering the All Blacks Conference and associated events. Where you have given consent, NZRC may also contact you with marketing communications. 

Please note, content (photos / videos) will be captured during the All Blacks Conference and associated events and used for promotional purposes. You can read more about this in the Conference Terms and Conditions. 

Providing this information is optional, however, if you do not provide the required information, we cannot register you for the All Blacks Conference. You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. All fees are stated in NZ Dollars (NZ$) at a fixed exchange rate of 1.65. Based on your payment method, credit card fees of 2.5% and exchange rate fees apply. Charges will appear on your statement from All Blacks Conferences.
